A) Returns on Defective and/or Damaged items

RMA Authorization number must be obtained before returning any item(s) and be on visible on the
box or label it is being returned in.

Buyer is responsible for All Return Postage and Shipping Charges

Defective Items that are returned will be tested and if :

1) Found defective- Buyer will be issued a refund minus shipping
2) Found not defective- Item will be sent back to buyer

B) Returns on items in working condition for refund

Item returned that are in working condition will be charged a 15% restocking fee when refund is given
Refund given will be calculated as follows - Price minus ((15% restocking fee + S&H&Ins. Fee))
Shipping and Handling fees are non refundable as stated
Items returned must be in like new condition with all original boxes, hardware, manuals & accessories.
Any item returned that shows improper use, improper handling or physical damage; missing manuals, parts and
accessories will be returned back to buyer. Items returned in any box that is not the original box will be returned to
sender.

Defective or damaged items must be reported immediately within 5 days of receiving item.
Any item to be returned for refund must be received within 14 days of receiving item.
